Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.

  1. Your order number
  2.  A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographic evidence showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is approved due to damage or defect.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation originally included.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-returnable Items

  1. Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
  2. Products returned without prior approval
